Specialized Machinery

Laminating Technology is not limited to building Hot Drape Formers and other presses.

We are also experienced in designing and manufacturing bespoke equipment to suit specific customer requirements.


Previous machines include:

  1. Large insulated panel saws - we have supplied several panel saws to refrigerated truck trailer manufacturers to automatically trim their insulated trailer panels to size.
  2. Automated press loading and panel transfer system to allow sandwich panels to be automatically loaded into 3 double deck vacuum presses.
  3. Conveyor systems to transport panel parts and completed sandwich panels around production cells.
  4. Automated panel pick and place to load sandwich panels onto pallets in a programmed sequence.
